Visioning: A season of an emerging and clarifying vision that connects to the mission field and God's dreams for the people in it.
Gathering: A season of gathering 12 groups of 12 or a critical mass of spiritual leaders.
Discipling: A season that creates the culture of discipleship for years to come.
Worshipping: A season of public launch and multiplication.
Improving: A season of incorporating new ministry areas to meet growing needs and improving core ministry areas..
Multiplying: A season of reproduction that results in a new congregation.
